Each week hundreds of healthy and very adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and pups are euthanized simply because their time in a shelter has run out. We focus our efforts on rescuing adoptable pets from facilities that are unable to house them indefinitely.

SAFE works with various animal control agencies in an effort to help them place more animals in homes. We visit the shelters and take these wonderful adoptable animals home to begin new lives. These pets reside in SAFE foster homes until they are permanently adopted. In our first year of operation, S.A.F.E. saved over 500 animals, and to date, we have saved over 1,000 lives!

All of our pets are spayed/neutered and vaccinated prior to being adopted. Cats are FELV/FIV negative and dogs are heartworm tested. We require a $60 adoption fee for cats and a $75 adoption fee for dogs to help cover our expenses.
